Ross Education Holdings, Inc. in Lafayette, IN is hiring a Medical Assistant Instructor for a full-time, campus-based role. The position involves teaching medical assisting topics to classes of up to 24 students, with a schedule of 5 morning and 2 evening classes per week.

You will deliver lectures and demonstrations using Ross curriculum, participate in student assessment, and support an inclusive, purpose-driven learning environment at the Lafayette campus.

Competenze

• 3+ years’ experience in the medical assisting field and formal training from an accredited institution. Must be able to obtain a national certification as medical assistant.
• Interest in teaching or prior experience
• Must be flexible and have a passion to learn and grow
• Must be able to teach 5 morning and 2 evening classes a week

Mansioni

• Teach in the Medical Assisting classroom with a maximum of 24 students, covering clinical and administrative skills.
• Class sessions are 4.5 hours in either day or evening sessions.
• Learning the material and delivering lectures and demonstrations, working from the Ross lesson plans and curriculum.
• This full time position teaches 31.5 hours a week and works 8.5 administrative hours a week
