The instructor assesses student performance, provides constructive feedback, supports learners through mentoring and tutoring, and maintains accurate records of attendance, grades, and competencies. The role also involves collaborating with academic leadership to continuously improve course materials, ensuring alignment with industry expectations, accreditation requirements, and best practices in healthcare education.
