• Verify blood products at bedside with a second Medical Assistant before transfusion.
• Map each patient’s pain across the shift and adjust comfort measures.
• Champion a quality-focused, patient-centered care approach.
• Draw labs, perform point-of-care testing, and flag abnormal panels.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
