Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Medical Assistant - IC to join our Lake County area clinics. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly pay range and a schedule that includes weekdays with rotating holidays and weekends, as needed to support urgent care operations.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, CPR certification, and active medical assistant credentials. Prior experience is preferred, and a valid driver's license is required.

• Current certification or registration through multiple Medical Assistant certifying bodies is required.
• Previous Medical Assisting experience is preferred.

Hourly Pay Range

$19.89 - $28.84 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights

• Position: Medical Assistant - IC
• Location: 21481 N Rand Rd Kildeer
• Full Time - 40 hours
• Hours: Monday to Friday 8 am - 8 pm, rotating holidays and rotating weekends 8 am - 4 pm
• Required Travel: As needed to local Immediate Cares and Walk in Clinics
• This role includes some travel to other locations and requires flexible hours to meet operational needs

What You Will Need

• High school diploma or GED required
• Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association for healthcare providers required
• Current certification or registration through American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA), American Registry of Medical Assistants (ARMA), American Medical Technologies (AMT), National Center for Medical Assistants (NCMA), American Medical Certification Association (AMCA) or National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT), National Health career Association (NHA) required.
• Previous Medical Assisting experience preferred
• Valid drivers license and auto insurance
