Endeavor Health is seeking a Medical Assistant for Immediate Care at our Hinsdale location. This full-time role (38 hours) involves rotating shifts, weekend coverage, and occasional travel to nearby clinics to support urgent care operations.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, CPR certification, and current MA certification/registration from recognized bodies. Prior medical assisting experience is preferred; a valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required.

Hourly Pay Range:
$20.29 - $29.42 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

• Position: Medical Assistant - Immediate Care
• Location: 8 Salt Creek Lane, Hinsdale
• Full Time - 38 hours
• Hours: Monday to Friday 8 am - 8 pm, rotating holidays and work every other weekends, Sat/Sun 8 am - 4 pm
• 2 - 12 hour shifts, a 8hr and 6hr shift
• Required Travel: As needed to local Immediate Cares and Walk in Clinics (Addison, Bolingbrook, Lombard, Naperville)
• This role includes some travel to other locations and requires flexible hours to meet operational needs

What you will need:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association for healthcare providers required
• Current certification or registration through American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA), American Registry of Medical Assistants (ARMA), American Medical Technologies (AMT), National Center for Medical Assistants (NCMA), American Medical Certification Association (AMCA) or National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT), National Health career Association (NHA) required.
• Previous Medical Assisting experience preferred
• Valid drivers license and auto insurance
