Swedish Medical Group is seeking a Medical Assistant II to work under the supervision of a licensed practitioner, assisting in delivering patient care and performing MA I duties for the assigned clinic. The role requires competency in clinical tasks and adherence to established policies and procedures.

The candidate should have completed MA training or apprenticeship, with at least one year of MA experience including vital signs and injections.

Formación

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school with hands-on clinical training.
• Graduates of registered MA apprenticeship programs are preferred.
• Two years of medical training in the United States Armed Forces is eligible.
• Minimum one year of MA work experience including vital signs, injections, and medication administration is required.
• Upon hire: Washington Medical Assistant Certification.
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 6 months healthcare experience.
• 6 months MA experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in providing patient care under the supervision of a licensed practitioner.
• Perform MA I duties and be fully competent in clinical needs for the assigned clinic/location.
• Follow established policies, procedures, and regulations in all tasks.
• Support patient flow and documentation as part of the care team.
