Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school with hands-on clinical training for medical assistants.
• Completion of a registered medical assistant apprenticeship program accepted.
• Two years of medical training in the United States Armed Forces accepted as alternative.
• Minimum one year of MA work experience with vital signs, injections, and medication administration.
• Washington MA Certification required upon hire; BLS within 30 days.
• Healthcare experience: 6 months and Medical Assistant experience: 6 months.
