Job summary

Conviva Senior Primary Care in Dania Beach, FL is seeking a Medical Assistant 2 to be the first contact for patient care, handling administrative duties and clinical tasks onsite.

You will assist with vital signs, phlebotomy, vaccines, and EMR documentation, collaborating with physicians and APPs while supporting the TB screening program. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 40 hours weekly. Salary range shown; bonus plan available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• MA school/training program completed or CMA/RMA or 5+ years experience with provider approval.
• CPR certified.
• TB screening upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical responsibilities including discussing symptoms, obtaining vitals, administering medications and vaccines.
• Sterilize and clean equipment, maintain examination rooms, document in EMR.
• Collaborate with Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers.
• Deliver direct patient care per active certification.
• Follow department policies with defined quality standards.
