Job summary

PacMed Clinics DBA Pacific Medical Centers is seeking a Medical Assistant II to support licensed practitioners in patient care at our clinic. You will perform tasks under supervision, aligned with established policies and clinical needs, across our Providence-affiliated network.

Applicants should have Washington Medical Assistant Certification at hire, BLS within 30 days, and at least 6 months of healthcare and MA experience. Training through an accredited program or VA/armed forces is valued.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school that includes hands-on training in a clinical setting for medical assistants.
• Graduate of a registered medical assistant apprenticeship program.
• Has completed two years of medical training in the United States Armed Forces.
• Minimum one year of work experience as a medical assistant that includes obtaining vital signs, administering injections, and medication administration.
• Upon hire: Washington Medical Assistant Certification.
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 6 months Healthcare experience.
• 6 months Medical Assistant experience.
