Job summary

Providence Clinical Network is seeking a Medical Assistant II to support licensed practitioners in patient care at our Santa Rosa location. You will perform clinical tasks delegated by a clinician and work within approved policies to ensure safe, compassionate care.

The role requires completing training in an accredited MA program or apprenticeship, plus BLS certification within 30 days and at least six months of healthcare and MA experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school that includes hands on training in a clinical setting.
• Graduate of a registered medical assistant apprenticeship program or
• Has completed two years of medical training in the United States Armed Forces or Minimum one year of work experience as a medical assistant that includes the following clinical skills: obtaining vital signs, administering injections, and medication administration.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• 6 months of Healthcare experience
• 6 months of Medical Assistant experience
