Job summary

Providence is seeking a Medical Assistant II to support licensed practitioners in delivering patient care across our Spokane clinics. The MA II will perform duties delegated from the MA I, adhering to policies and ensuring quality care for assigned patients and locations.

The role requires MA certification in WA, BLS within 30 days, and at least six months of healthcare and medical assisting experience. A $5,000 hiring bonus is offered to eligible candidates who meet payment conditions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school with hands-on clinical medical assisting training.
• Graduate of a registered medical assistant apprenticeship program.
• Has completed two years of medical training in the United States Armed Forces.
• Minimum one year of work experience as a medical assistant with vital signs, injections, and medication administration.
• Upon hire: Washington Medical Assistant Certification.
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 6 months Healthcare experience.
• 6 months Medical Assistant experience.
