Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of Medical Assistant program or current certification by NCCA/ANSI.

Responsibilities

• Greets and supports patients virtually and in person, prepares them for visits, and assists with exams.
• Performs basic clinical tasks (testing, injections, EKGs) and maintains exam rooms and equipment.
• Manages EMR updates, patient communications, referrals, authorizations, scheduling, and clerical duties, including video visits and patient portal access.
