Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of a competency-based Medical Assistant training program or 6 months experience within the last 7 years as one of the following: LPN, EMT, ER Tech, or paramedic
• May consider a nursing student from an accredited registered or licensed practice nurse program after a clinical course of study has begun

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient flow and assist in delivering health care.
• Perform technical procedures and clinically oriented activities.
• Assist management in achieving office efficiencies and support physicians, clinical staff and management to promote customer satisfaction.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Medical Assistant training program or 6 months experience as LPN/EMT/ER Tech/paramedic
