  • Compensation: Starts at $17.87/hour, based on education, experience, certification, and internal equity.
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts.

What You'll Do as a Medical Assistant
  • Provide clinical and administrative support in a fast-paced outpatient medical office.

  • Maintain accurate patient records within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
  • Schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and support efficient clinic operations.
  • Educate patients about treatments, medications, and procedures.

What We’re Looking For
Minimum Qualifications
Education
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience
  • Previous experience in healthcare or a clinical setting preferred.
Required Licensure & Certifications
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association required at hire.
  • RMA, AAMA, or CCMA certification required within one year of hire.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based healthcare environment.
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and EHR systems.

Physical Demands
  • Standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods.
  • Lifting and carrying medical supplies and equipment up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and manual dexterity for procedures and equipment use.
  • Clear verbal communication with patients and team members.
Working Conditions
