Job summary

PureView Health Center in Helena, Montana seeks a Full-time Medical Assistant (MA) to join the Nursing department under the Nurse Manager.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year experience as a Medical Assistant or in a healthcare setting.
• BLS certification.
• Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and healthcare provider support as directed by the Nurse Manager.
• Assist providers with diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures.
• Administer medications, vaccines, and prescribed treatments per provider orders.
• Maintain patient records in the PureView electronic health record system.
