Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED required.
• Accredited Medical Assistant Certification or state credential.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained during orientation.
• Experience as a Medical Assistant and familiarity with clinical workflows.

• Provide clinical support to physicians and mid-level providers.
• Assist with patient registration, scheduling, billing, and pre-certification tasks.
• Handle medical records retrieval and data entry; maintain patient confidentiality.
