Responsibilities

• Greet patients and accompany to examination room.
• Register new patients into the EMR with accurate demographics and insurance eligibility.
• Check-In and Check-Out patients in the EMR, including collecting copays and balances.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and assist with procedures.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA and OSHA requirements.
• Answer phones, emails, and messages promptly with professionalism.
