Tia is seeking a highly organized Medical Assistant for our Culver City clinic. The role blends busy back-office tasks (phlebotomy and vitals) with front-desk support to keep patient flow smooth and on time.
The ideal candidate has MA certification and 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced outpatient setting, plus proficiency with EMR systems and HIPAA compliance. On-site work in Culver City with a structured, supportive team.
Tia is building a new model for women’s healthcare, one that treats women as whole people, not separate conditions or life stages. By integrating primary care, gynecology, mental health, dermatology, and wellness across both in-person and virtual settings, Tia is improving outcomes, lowering costs, and creating a better experience for patients and providers alike.
We are looking for a highly organized, energetic Medical Assistant to serve as the heartbeat of our Culver City clinic. If you thrive in bustling outpatient environments (like urgent care, primary care, or busy women's health clinics) and love being the go‑to person who keeps the schedule running on time, this role is for you.
