Job summary

Healthcare Network (HCN) is hiring a Medical Assistant for the Women's Care office at 12655 Collier Blvd, Naples, FL 34116. We provide quality medical, dental and behavioral health services and welcome bilingual candidates to support our diverse patient population.

This is a full-time position with a focus on assisting clinicians, preparing exam rooms, and ensuring a positive patient experience in a community health setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English and another language commonly spoken by patients.
• Experience in clinical or medical office settings is a plus.
• Demonstrates compassionate patient care and confidentiality.
• Ability to follow established workflows and team procedures.
