CHC of Snohomish County is hiring Medical Assistants for our Everett-Central Walk-In clinic. This role includes a $4,000 sign-on bonus for eligible new hires and a $1.50/hour float differential on top of base pay.

The MA will operate within a team to escort patients, assist with minor procedures, and maintain patient records across sites as needed. The clinic offers health insurance, vacation, sick leave, holidays, retirement plan, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assisting program or 1 year MA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors promptly and courteously.
• Assist providers with minor procedures and education as directed.
• Maintain and stock exam rooms and manage patient flow for clinic productivity.
• Process and document services, including billing codes and scheduling.
