Medical Specialists of the Palm Beaches, Inc. (MSPB) is seeking a dependable Medical Assistant – Float to support multiple office locations around Boynton Beach, FL.

You will assist with patient preparation for exams, triage and assessments, vital signs, and patient education while ensuring accurate documentation and workflow efficiency. The role requires 1–2 years in a medical setting, knowledge of HMO plans, and familiarity with CPT/ICD-10 coding.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–2 years of medical setting experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of HMO insurance plans preferred.
• Familiarity with Athena EMR, CPT, and ICD-10 coding is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Float between designated office locations to provide clinical support.
• Perform patient triage and record vital signs.
• Assist physicians with examinations and procedures.
• Provide patient education and post-visit instructions.
• Maintain accurate medication and medical records and coordinate tests.
