The Medical Assistant position at our Amherst campus supports a Family Medicine practice with clinical and administrative tasks. It involves taking vital signs, charting patient information, scheduling visits, and guiding patient flow in a warm, patient-centered environment.
With 1–2 years of MA experience and a preference for CMA/BLS credentials, you will collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and nursing staff to deliver efficient care and education to patients of all ages.
Our practice is located at 170 University Drive Amherst, MA 01002. As a Family Medicine office, we offer comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, from infants to adults.

We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Medical Assistant to support the practice onsite, Monday through Friday. We are open to the schedule being Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm or 4, 10-shifts from 7:30am-6:00pm with one day off during the week!
The role supports healthcare teams by assisting with both clinical and non-clinical patient services under the direction of healthcare providers. Key responsibilities include taking vital signs, documenting patient information, scheduling appointments, and managing patient flow. This role involves direct interaction with patients to ensure their comfort and address concerns, as well as collaboration with physicians, nurse practitioners, and nursing staff to facilitate efficient care.
