The ideal candidate must possess a High School Diploma or GED and have proficiency in key clinical tasks such as phlebotomy and administering injections. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in triaging patients, phlebotomy, administering injections, obtaining vitals, and processing specimens.

Responsibilities

• Prepares daily exam rooms for patient care, including stocking supplies.
• Escorts patients to exam rooms and obtains vital signs.
• Triage patient calls for pharmacy requests and medical questions.
• Assists in maintaining logs for OSHA/MOSHA.
• Adheres to sterilization and disinfection practices.
• Greets patients and visitors in person or over the phone.
