Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or higher education.
• Strong leadership ability and organizational skills.
• Independent and critical thinking with sound judgment.
• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly.
• Knowledge of legal aspects and liability of nursing practice.
• Experience in medical office or outpatient settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care per policies and protocols.
• Collect patient data: vitals, weight, chief complaint, pain score.
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Assist with phlebotomy and lab testing as ordered.
• Handle clerical duties and billing data entry.
• Communicate problems to physician or nurse.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
• Support continuous survey readiness and quality monitoring.
• Coordinate scheduling of surgeries, testing and follow-ups.
