Chestnut Health Systems is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our team at our newly renovated family health center in Bloomington, Illinois. In this role, you'll welcome and room patients, take vital signs and health histories, perform screenings and phlebotomy services, assist with examinations, and document care in the EMR.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Medical Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant training program required.
Current CMA or CNA certification required.

Responsibilities

Welcome and room patients, take vital signs and health histories.
Perform screenings and point‑of‑care testing; phlebotomy services.
Assist with examinations and document care in the EMR.
Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information.
