Job summary

Providence Swedish seeks a Medical Assistant/MA-C to support administrative and clinical tasks at Magnolia Clinic—Seattle. You will schedule appointments, update patient information in EPIC, and take vital signs under licensed supervision.

This role supports MA I/II progression with clear policies; WA MA Certification is required on hire and BLS within 30 days. The team offers a comprehensive benefits package and a mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program with hands-on clinical training.
• Graduate of a registered medical assistant apprenticeship program.
• Has completed two years of medical training in the United States Armed Forces.
• Minimum one year of work experience as a medical assistant including vital signs, injections, and medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and update patient information in EPIC.
• Take patients' vital signs at appointments.
• Assist licensed practitioner under delegation in patient care.
• Support MA I/II progression with established policies and procedures.
