Peachtree Immediate Care in Sandy Springs, GA, is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to join our fast-paced urgent care team at the Sandy Springs location. This full-time role offers three 12-hour shifts from 8 am to 8 pm with rotating weekends and a regional float across Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, East Cobb, and North Buckhead.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or licensed as LPN/EMT.
  • Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
  • Reliable transportation to travel between regional locations.
  • Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced urgent care setting.
  • Basic computer skills (Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

  • Assist providers with patient care, exams, and minor procedures.
  • Take vital signs and document patient information.
  • Conduct lab tests, administer medications, and wound care as directed.
  • Maintain exam rooms and medical equipment.
  • Support occupational health services and radiographic imaging where applicable.
  • Ensure patient comfort and address questions/concerns.
  • Follow safety and infection control protocols.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work in a team.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced urgent care setting with varied medical responsibilities.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in an outpatient or clinical setting (preferred but not required).
