Responsibilities

• Take vital signs (blood pressure and pulse).
• Prepare claimant for examination (ECG testing/PFT).
• Draw blood for lab tests and perform PFTs.
• Perform ECG uploading for official reading.
• Calibrate Pulmonary Function machine and AED on schedule.
• Chaperone claimants during examinations.
• Check-in/Check-out claimants; manage clinic flow.
• Order entry for diagnostic testing (labs, sleep study, X-rays, PFTs).
• Review medical records and respond to phone calls.
