Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters is seeking a Medical Assistant to support clinical and non-clinical tasks under supervision. The role includes assisting with patient visits, maintaining a sterile environment, and handling clerical duties to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has completed an accredited Medical Assistant program or possesses an appropriate certification, with CPR training or the ability to obtain within 45 days of hire.

Competenze

• Successful completion of an accredited medical assistant program or a recognized medical assistant certification.
• CPR training required and/or must be obtained within 45 days of hire.
• Current registration/certification as a Medical Assistant is preferred.

• Provides safe and effective delivery of uncomplicated clinical services under the direction and supervision of a licensed healthcare provider.
• Provides appropriate clinical and non-clinical information to facilitate visit process.
• Maintains sterility and cleanliness of the environment.
• Maintains supplies, equipment and instruments.
• Supports and performs clerical functions as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
