Community Health of Central Washington in Yakima, WA is hiring a Medical Assistant to join the Population Medicine team. You will work with an interprofessional care team to provide proactive, person-centered support for patients with chronic conditions, using population health strategies to identify those who may benefit from outreach.

This role ensures timely, coordinated, whole-person care aligned with patients' goals and social needs.

Qualifications

• Graduation from accredited Medical Assistant program required.
• 3 years related outpatient clinical experience preferred.
• WA MAC license required.
• BLS required.
• Current driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Immunizations are required prior to start date (COVID, Hep B, Tdap, MMR, Varicella, TB/PPD, Flu).
• Pre-employment drug screen required.

$1.00 bilingual differential (must pass ALTA)
