Responsibilities

• Perform nursing visits and assist with well visits or physicals as directed.

Assists in obtaining patient vital signs, updates patients’ charts, compiles related statistical data and policy/procedure/practice, regulatory requirements, and JCAHO standards. Responsible for administering care to clinic patients under the supervision of the physician and other licensed medical staff.# **Major Job Functions**The following is a summary of the major essential functions of this job.
