Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our Elmhurst clinic. In this role, you will greet patients, support physicians during exams, and help with minor procedures. You will perform onsite lab tests and ensure rooms are clean and welcoming for visits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Medical Assistant educational program or higher education courses in health sciences or related experience.
• Active medical assistant certification through AMT/NCCT/NHA/ARMA/AAMA or equivalent CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with registration, scheduling, and collecting health history.
• Provide support to physicians during examinations and procedures; assist with minor surgeries and first aid.
• Conduct onsite lab testing (EKG, pulmonary function, blood glucose, urine pregnancy tests).
• Maintain clean, welcoming examination rooms and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with prescriptions, pharmacy callbacks, provider orders, and chart updates.

Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives.
