Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent and successful completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Possess and maintain a current, clean, and clear American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS card; must obtain within 60 days if not already.
• Incumbents must obtain and maintain CMA certification through recognized certifying bodies within one year; failure may lead to termination.
• Some assignments may require Basic Dysrhythmia certification.
