Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must obtain BLS through AHA within 90 days.
• Completion of a certified Medical Assistant program or MA certification required.
• Certifications CMA, RMA, NCMA, CCMA or NHA accepted.
• Basic clinical and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient flow and data collection for intake.
• Ensure information is available to the provider.
• Enter pertinent history into the medical record.
• Assist with clinical procedures per protocol and guidance.
