The Medical Assistant will be responsible for performing patient intake and rooming, serving as a key support resource for allergy testing procedures, and assisting RN/Physicians during patient reactions. Additional responsibilities include scheduling follow‑up appointments, managing message pools, processing refill requests, preparing prior authorizations, and reinforcing provider instructions to ensure continuity of care. This role operates within a high‑volume Allergy Clinic environment, supporting the care of approximately 900 patients per month, requiring strong organizational skills, clinical competency, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
Schedule: This is a full‑time position scheduled Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.
