Platinum Dermatology Partners in Beverly Hills, CA is hiring a Medical Assistant for a fast-paced clinic. You will support physicians during examinations, document histories and medications, and assist with biopsies and cosmetic procedures.

The role requires 2–3 years of medical office experience, EMR proficiency, and strong patient-care skills. Dermatology exposure is preferred; benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), PTO, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–3 years of experience in a medical office as a medical assistant.
• Dermatology and cosmetic experience is preferred.
• Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork.
• Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to and from the exam room and prepare them for examination.
• Enter complete medical histories and current medications into the chart.
• Scribe notes for physicians in the patient’s medical record.
• Assist with biopsies, excisions, sutures, and cosmetic procedures.
• Prepare and collect path/lab specimens; notify patients of results.
• Schedule follow-ups and manage daily room organization and stock.
• Maintain lab equipment and sterilize instruments.
• Perform other back-office duties as needed.
