  • Clinical Procedures and Patient Care: Prepare patients for appointments by obtaining vital signs, updating medical histories, preparing treatment rooms, assisting providers during examinations and procedures, collecting laboratory specimens as appropriate, administering point-of-care testing when applicable, and ensuring patients receive safe, compassionate, and efficient care throughout their visit.

  • Leadership and Team Support: Provide leadership support by assisting with onboarding and training new employees, serving as a resource for clinical and administrative staff, helping coordinate daily workflows, supporting operational priorities, and stepping into managerial responsibilities as needed to ensure efficient clinic operations.
  • Patient Engagement and Experience: Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care by building positive relationships with patients, educating individuals on treatment expectations, answering questions, addressing concerns, and creating a welcoming environment that promotes trust, comfort, and satisfaction.
  • Quality Improvement and Organizational Support: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying workflow enhancements, supporting operational efficiencies, promoting best practices, maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment, and assisting with organizational initiatives that improve patient care and clinic performance.
  • Regulatory and Safety Standards: Maintain compliance with infection prevention protocols, medication handling procedures, workplace safety standards, equipment maintenance, and all federal, state, and organizational regulations to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
