Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of medical setting experience preferred; formal training or certification a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required; familiarity with Athena, CPT and ICD-10 helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient triage and assessments.
• Take patient vitals as needed.

This role involves assisting patients with preparation for physician examinations, performing patient triage and assessments, providing education, and ensuring appropriate follow-up care as directed by the physician. The ideal candidate must be proficient in both English and Spanish, as well as knowledgeable about HMO insurance carriers.
