• COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION:
  
  
  
  • $19/hr.+ based on experience and with potential for merit increases. Registered MAs earn $1 more/hr.
  
  
  • Shift differential: Additional $10/hr. for hours worked after 5:30 PM and weekends.
  
  
  • $500 sign on bonus at 90 days, plus $1000 bonuses at 6 and 12 months!

  • The work schedule for this role is aligned with Erie's hours of operations Monday through Friday and will include a minimum of two (2) Saturdays per month. Saturday hours are typically 9:30 AM- 2:00 PM. Full time hours are 40 hours per week.

• Phlebotomy skills, or desire to learn, strongly preferred


• Experienced in utilizing a computer, Microsoft Products and EMR preferred


• Current and active CPR Card, required


• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively


• Bilingual language is a plus
