General pay scale for this position at MOH is $ 15.00 - $23.01 per hour. The actual hiring rate is dependent on many factors including but not limited to prior work experience, education, job/position responsibilities, location, work performance, etc.
This role will be located at GW Medical Faculty Associates, 2150 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20037
High school graduate or equivalent. Certificate of graduation from an accredited program for Medical Assistants preferred. This is an entry level position requiring 0-3 years experience as a medical assistant or nursing assistant. Current BCLS certification required within 3 months of hire. Certified Medical Assistant preferred. Some state regulations may require specific certifications in order to work as a Medical Assistant.
