Well by Messer is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our growing, patient-centered team. The ideal candidate is dependable, compassionate, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in providing excellent care.

You’ll assist our providers with endocrinology, internal medicine, OB‑GYN, and nutrition, helping ensure every patient visit runs smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and record vitals, medical history, and intake information.
• Assist with exams, procedures, and diagnostic testing.
• Administer medications and provide basic life support as needed.
• Document accurately in the EHR (Practice Fusion preferred).
• Support front desk operations by answering phones, scheduling, and managing records.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and follow‑up care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable and experienced with phone communication and scheduling.
