ALLIANCE MEDICAL PARTNERS is seeking a dependable Medical Technician / Medical Assistant to join our growing team. Certification is not required, but prior medical assisting or clinical experience is a plus.

You will work directly with patients and providers, preparing patients and equipment for testing and supporting day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining a clean, professional clinical environment.

Qualifications

• BLS Certification or CMA is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are important.
• Bilingual Spanish and/or Mandarin is a bonus but not required.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for patient visits by pulling charts and setting up equipment.
• Clean and disinfect medical equipment and patient areas after use.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
• Travel between Dallas, Garland, Mesquite, Rowlett, Richardson, Plano, Frisco, and nearby areas as needed.
• Set up, operate, and navigate multiple medical devices and testing systems.
• Prepare patients and equipment for diagnostic testing.
• Navigate EHR systems and patient charts accurately.
• Communicate professionally with clinic staff, providers, patients, and team members.
• Enter and maintain information in Google Sheets and Excel as appropriate.
• Assist with scheduling and other administrative or clinical duties.

• Clean and disinfect medical equipment, testing devices, and patient areas after use
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
• May include travel between Dallas, Garland, Mesquite, Rowlett, Richardson, Plano, Frisco, and surrounding areas.
• Set up, operate, and navigate multiple medical devices and testing systems
• Prepare patients and equipment for diagnostic testing
• Accurately navigate electronic health record (EHR) systems and patient charts
• Communicate professionally with clinic staff, healthcare providers, patients, and internal team members
• Use Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel to enter, organize, and maintain operational and patient-related information as appropriate
• Assist with scheduling and other administrative or clinical duties as needed
• Travel between assigned clinic locations within the designated service area as needed

Qualifications
