Job summary

ENT & Allergy Specialists of Western PA is seeking a full-time team member in Sewickley, PA, with work hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The position offers a salary range of $18.00 to $25.00 per hour, along with a $1,000 retention bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in EMR, patient data entry, and assisting in surgical environments.
• Ability to schedule appointments and handle insurance verifications.
• Strong communication skills to support both patients and clinicians.

• Work in EMR/patient data entry and rooming.
• Assist surgeons without patient procedures and schedule appointments.
• Provide support in ENT clinics for patients and clinicians.

Duties include: Working in the EMR/patient data entry/rooming/vitals/assisting the surgeons without patient procedures/scheduling appointments/testing/consenting for surgery/insurance authorizations and verification/assisting in ENT clinics to provide support to patients and clinicians
