Habitat Health in the United States is seeking a Medical Assistant to support high-quality, participant-centered care within the PACE program. You will work with providers and the IDT to support participant flow, perform routine clinical tasks, document accurately, and maintain a welcoming care environment.
The role requires a high school diploma or MA program, MA certification, phlebotomy certification, EMR proficiency, and the ability to travel between sites.

Role Scope : The Medical Assistant supports the delivery of high-quality, participant-centered care by providing clinical and administrative support within the PACE center. This role partners closely with providers and the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to support participant flow, perform routine clinical procedures within scope of practice, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate changes in participant status. Through reliable follow-through, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach, the Medical Assistant contributes to a safe, efficient, and welcoming care experience for participants.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hour . This position is also eligible for a target annual bonus of 5% and may be eligible for additional incentive compensation, as applicable. The final compensation offered will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, education, certifications, geographical location, and business needs. In addition, this position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid parental leave, short- and long-term disability coverage; life insurance; flexible spending accounts; a 401(k) savings plan that includes a match; paid time off; and company paid holidays.
