TrustCare is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant in Ridgeland, MS, to join our clinic team. You’ll perform routine laboratory tests, support essential diagnostics, and help ensure a warm, professional environment for patients and staff.

You’ll also help maintain OSHA-compliant lab conditions, organize supplies, and collaborate with clinicians to deliver timely, accurate results. This full-time, hourly, non-exempt role runs Monday through Friday from 2pm to 9pm.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior lab or clinical experience is a plus, but training is provided.
  • Full-time, hourly, non-exempt position; Mon-Fri 2pm–9pm schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine laboratory tests and technical procedures with accuracy and care.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and compliant lab conditions in accordance with OSHA and infection control guidelines.
  • Support the team by organizing and stocking lab supplies and maintaining equipment.
  • Ensure quality standards are met by following testing protocols and recording results accurately.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to provide timely, reliable lab support as part of a coordinated patient care experience.
  • Pitch in on other tasks as needed—work as a team to improve patient care.
