Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join a busy Family Medicine practice in Raleigh, NC. You will support providers, prepare patients, and help maintain efficient clinic flow in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of MA experience, strong EMR skills (athenahealth preferred), excellent patient communication, and a professional, compassionate demeanor. Certification is preferred but not required for seasoned applicants.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Medical Assistant experience in a busy clinic setting.
• Experience caring for adult and geriatric patient populations.
• Strong EMR and computer skills.
• Excellent customer service and patient communication skills.
• Athenahealth (athenahealth) experience highly preferred; MA certification preferred but NOT required for experienced candidates

Responsibilities
