Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Medical Assistant to support a dedicated clinical team. The role emphasizes patient care, accurate vitals, specimen collection, and adherence to clinic policies within your scope of practice.

You will work in a patient-facing environment, M-F 8am-5pm, with responsibilities including blood draws, EKGs, and basic procedures while maintaining compassionate, efficient service and strong teamwork to ensure quality care for every patient.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Medical Assistant Diploma, Certification or Registration.
• Active/Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Comfortable working Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm.
• Experience with blood draws and EKGs; PFTs and ABIs is a plus.

Primary Purpose of Position:

This Medical Assistant for the Dedicated network provides clinically competent delivery of quality medical care services required operations within their scope of practice. The MA working at this site is responsible for safe patient care and ensuring adherence to all Policies and Procedures.

Role Responsibilities & Attributes:

This role is patient-facing and can require working in a clinical setting. It is customer-facing with high expectations for operational excellence. This list of essential functions are not exhaustive and may be supplemented and changed as necessary.

• Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Exhibit excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills, in addition to attention to detail.
