Job summary

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to examination rooms and prepare them for evaluation.
• Obtain and document vital signs, medical history, and the reason for the patient’s visit.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain sterile surgical instruments and trays for in-office procedures.
• Assist physicians with examinations, minor office procedures, and other clinical duties within scope of practice.
• Ensure patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain clean, organized, and stocked exam rooms and clinical areas.
• Accurately document patient information in the EMR system.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while supporting a positive patient experience.
• Perform additional clinical and administrative duties as assigned.
• Full-time; Monday-Friday.

Essential Job Functions:

• Escort patients to examination rooms and prepare them for evaluation by the provider.
• Obtain and document vital signs, medical history, and the reason for the patient\'s visit.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain sterile surgical instruments and procedure trays for in-office procedures.
• Assist physicians with examinations, minor office procedures, and other clinical duties within scope of practice.
• Ensure patient privacy and maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and organizational confidentiality standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked exam rooms and clinical work areas.
• Accurately document patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
