Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking Medical Assistants to support military readiness programs. This role focuses on phlebotomy, immunizations, EKG, and vitals in a mobile/clinic setting. Weekend availability is required with some weekday coverage as needed.

Candidates should be certified/registered as Medical Assistants with CPR/BLS and preferably phlebotomy certification, prior military or mobile clinic experience a plus. Join a team delivering mobile, fixed-clinic, telemedicine, and deployment services.

Qualifications

• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant or equivalent training from an accredited program.
• Phlebotomy certification is preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 1 year experience preferred.
• Weekend availability required.

Attention all Medical Assistants we are calling on you to partner with us to provide services to our Military Service members.

We will primarily work weekends, with some occasional weekdays in the State of _________ on an "as needed basis".

Requirements

We provide health readiness services to meet the medical and dental requirements to maintain a deployable military force for the following:

• U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
• Army National Guard (ARNG)
• U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
• U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
• U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
• Air National Guard (ANG)
• U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)

Responsibilities

• Phlebotomy / Blood draw.
• Immunizations.
• EKG.
• Manual vitals and vision.

Requirements

• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant or Equivalent Training from Accredited Medical Assisting Training
• Phlebotomy Certification - preferred
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum One (1) year of experience - preferred
• Passionate, friendly, and caring individual
• Utilize universal precautions for patient care
• Experience working with military - preferred
• Experience working with mobile medical services - preferred
• Proficient with computer programs
• Must have weekend availability

Salary Description $20 an hour + Travel Pay
