Job summary

Any Lab Test Now - Indianapolis is hiring for a full-time team member to support patient blood draws, explain services to local businesses, and sell our lab offerings. You will maintain records, manage basic inventory, and coordinate with multiple locations in the area.

The ideal candidate is a Certified Medical Assistant with 2+ years of blood draw experience, strong MS Word/Email skills, and a dependable, flexible approach to work at different sites. Background and drug screening required.

Qualifications

• Two years of recent blood draw experience.
• Certified Medical Assistant credential.
• Ability to call businesses and explain services.
• Ability to sell products and services.
• Knowledge of common blood tests.
• Computer skills: MS Word and Email; QuickBooks a plus.
• Organizational skills: track inventory, records, supplies.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Willing to work at different locations in the area.

All candidates should possess the following skills:

REQUIRED:

• Two years of recent experience drawing blood
• Ability to call businesses and explain our services
• Ability to sell our products and services
• Knowledge of common blood tests
• Computer skills- usage of MS Word and Email. Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.
• Organizational skills- track inventory, keep records, order supplies
• Dependable and reliable
• Certified Medical Assistant
• Must be able to pass a Background check and Drug Screen
• Must be willing to work at different locations in the area.

DESIRED:

• Experience with Quest or Lab Corp
• Experience doing drug screens
• Sales or customer service experience

Work Schedule is 4 Days per week and rotating Saturdays: - Full Time Only
